We want you to love every purchase from Stretcy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Refund Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that refunds do not include expedited shipping fees, if applicable.
Exchanges Made Easy If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective products, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
